Learn how to resolve and troubleshoot common device issues.

The device won’t power on

Make sure the device is charged by plugging it in for a while. Check that the power cable is properly plugged into the device and the power outlet. Please contact us for more support if required.

The device won’t charge

Make sure the device is properly plugged into the device and the power outlet. Keep the device plugged in for a while before trying to turn it on. Hold the power button for at least 15 seconds. Please contact us for more support if required.

The device is unresponsive

Try restarting the device by pressing and holding the power button until the device restarts. This will often fix minor glitches. Please contact us for more support if required.

The printer isn’t working

Make sure that the device has printer paper in it and that it is positioned properly. Also, make sure the paper isn’t jammed. Please contact us for more support if required.

The device won’t connect to the internet

Make sure that the device has signal by checking the top-right corner of the screen. Try connecting the device to a Wi-Fi network. Finally, try restarting the device. Please contact us for more support if required.

A booking failed

Bookings can fail if the device connectivity is weak or not connected, if there’s an issue in the dispatch integration, or for many other reasons. Please contact us for more support if required.

A payment failed

If an on-device payment fails, you will be prompted to try again. If the payment continues failing, try proceeding with another payment method or payment type. Please contact us for more support if required.
